Season the ribs the day before with the garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
Put the mixture in the fridge. Roast the ribs on a roasting tray in a pre-heated oven (180 ºC) for 2 hours
In the meantime, mix the orange juice, honey, and mustard in a bowl
About 30 minutes before oven time is over, pour the mixture on the ribs and let them caramelise
Plate it and serve with Arabian rice
