Tempere o entrecosto com um dia de antecedência com o alho, o sumo de limão, sal e pimenta;
Reserve num recipiente no frigorífico. Num tabuleiro, leve o entrecosto ao forno preaquecido a 180 graus por cerca de 2 horas;
Enquanto isso, misture numa tigela média o sumo de laranja, com o mel e a mostarda;
Cerca de 30 minutos antes de acabar o tempo do forno, deite a mistura por cima do entrecosto e deixe alourar bem;
Sirva em seguida e acompanhe com um arroz árabe.
